1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Buzz, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Buzz for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
  • Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in Buzz
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. University Email Verification

Access to Buzz requires verification of a valid university email address. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current email information
  • Use only your official university email address
  • Not share your account with others
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials

4. Anonymous Content

Buzz allows anonymous posting. However, you agree to:

  • Not post harmful, threatening, or harassing content
  • Not impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Not share personal information of others without consent
  • Comply with all applicable laws

5. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our community guidelines.

6. Disclaimer

The materials on Buzz are provided on an 'as is' basis. Buzz makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

7. Limitations

In no event shall Buzz or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Buzz.

8. Revisions

We may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using Buzz you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service, as well as apples Licensed Application User License Agreement at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. Should there be any conflicts, you are bound by whichever is more restrictive.
